The Haunting

Ghosts from the past haunt you till the day you die. If only you could turn back time and do it all over again. If only circumstances had been different. If only I had been different.

How I wish I could just erase the past and start a new page. But you only get one chance in life. You make mistakes. You try to erase them. But even if the mark is gone, the paper is tainted. Smudged. Worn. Never again the same.
